Tom Grant is the owner of Union Bay Builders Ltd., and he has been involved in land development and building quality homes on Vancouver Island since 1991. He has been committed to creating successful projects such as Mulberry Lane in Comox and Clayoquot View Estates, custom homes in the Chesterman Beach area and Ocean Park Estates in Tofino and has built over 300 homes in the area during the past 15 years.
